Spa Operations for Spa Professionals 101

This two day course is designed to teach aspiring spa professionals what to expect throughout the course of a day working in spa/clinic. 

This class is designed to teach professionals the to go the extra mile that every business owner is expecting from their staff and what things need to be done to maintain the quality & appearance of the business.

During this course students will also have the chance to practice sales and reception skills which are critical to know and understand when working in a spa or clinic.
